The Barry-Eaton Health Plan is a private non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer board of directors. The Barry-Eaton Health Plan's mission is to increase access to health care for the underinsured in Barry and Eaton counties by utilizing community resources, developing partnerships, and coordinating community efforts through an organized system of care. The Barry-Eaton Health Plan is a charity program to help residents in need, and is not an entitlement program.
